1. What is the Saturday Night Event?

On Saturday evening, pre-registered attendees will gather from 4:00pm - 6:00pm for a Meet & Greet event with appetizers and cash bar. At 6:30pm, everyone will return to the hotel for a special Exhibitor Preview Night during which our vendors and guest artists will be selling their best products and artwork.

2. What are the Raffle Prizes/Drawing Times?

There will be hourly raffle drawings throughout the convention on Saturday with the Grand Prize Raffle taking place at 4:00 PM. 

 
Prizes will include robot action figures as well as artwork. Raffle items will be announced the week of the show.

3. Where is the Panel Room?

The Panel Room is in the Madison room across the lobby from the Exhibitor room. Signs will be displayed directing you to each room.

Panels will take place from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Sunday. Descriptions of each panel as well as their order will be available spring of 2018.

4. If I don't Pre-Register, can I still get in?

Yes! Pete's Robot Convention will be offering General Admission/Walk-in tickets starting Sunday at 9:30 AM. This will give you access to the Exhibit Hall as well as the Panel Room.

Teens and Adults are $10. Kids 12 and under are FREE! (Limit of two Free Kids admission per each paid adult admission.)

5. Can I buy Additional Raffle Tickets?

If you're looking to increase your chance at winning any of the prizes, extras for both the hourly as well as the Grand Prize raffle tickets will be available for sale. No limits.

Hourly raffle tickets will be $2 each

Grand Prize raffle tickets will be $5 each

6. I Pre-Registered, how do I tell you my shirt size?

We will email you confirmation of your pre-registration within 24 hours. In that same email we will ask for your shirt size.
